Return and Refund Policy

 

LoveNish Hair and Beauty Salon – Return and Refund Policy

At LoveNish Hair and Beauty Salon, we are committed to delivering a high standard of professional hair and beauty services. Your satisfaction is our priority. In line with industry standards set by the National Hair and Beauty Federation (NHBF), we have outlined our Return and Refund Policy below.

Terms of Return (Services and Products)

  • Services: Once a service has been completed and the client has left the salon satisfied, we allow a 24-hour window for any complaints or concerns to be reported.
     
  • Products: Products purchased from our salon may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions below.
     

State of Return

  • Products must be:
     
    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
       
    • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
       

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used or opened haircare and beauty products unless they are found to be faulty.

Reason for Return

  • Returns and refunds are accepted in the following cases:
     
    • You received a damaged or faulty product.
       
    • You were charged for a service not received.
       
    • The wrong product was provided.
       
    • You are dissatisfied with a service and reported it within 24 hours of completion.
       

Process for Return

To initiate a return or complaint:

    • Services: Within 24 hours of your appointment.
       
    • Products: Within 7 days of purchase.

Process of Refund

  • If your complaint is upheld, you will be offered one of the following:
     
    • Service-related issues: A correction session, partial refund, or credit note for future use.
       
    • Product-related issues: A replacement product, refund to your original payment method, or store credit.
       

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds or re-treatments if:

  • The issue was reported after the allowed window (24 hours for services).
     
  • The dissatisfaction stems from a change of mind rather than a fault or error.
     
  • The terms of this policy were not followed.
